Frequency Separation // Photography & Retouching

Model: NK

Photography & Retouching: Can Aviral

For this project, 'frequency seperation' technique has been used to separate the skin texture from the skin colours. This way, I was able to accomplish skin reconstructions by only changing the underlying colours, without disrupting the natural texture of the skin.

Unflattering lighting and white balance was intentionally applied at the location to elevate the challenge in post production.
