DISC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DISC model theory of psychologist William Marston, which focuses on four different behavioural traits: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. All of these traits use one-one-one colour for the easier understanding. This serial is telling us about four kinds of characteristic types - their personality and role in business, life, and work.
