Monster's Employer Homepage Redesign
When it was time to refresh the look and feel of Monster's employer homepage, I contributed detailed specifications to help front end developers to layout out the page and create new styles.
Monster's Job Posting Redesign
This project entailed the overhaul of the employer job posting flow for Monster employers. The first page you see below is an original view of one page of the posting "wizard". The goal of the redesign was to simplify posting and give the user more information as they progressed through the flow.

Working with a product manager and a developer, I created annotated wireframes and visual designs for the initial launch of Petrib.
Constant Contact
Helped in the design of a new product for the Constant Contact suite of tools: Social Media Marketing.
Add Contacts to CRM
When Constant Contact needed to update the functionality for adding contacts to the product's CRM, I worked on the interaction design, then teamed up with visual designers to get the spit and polish in place.
Email Creation
Constant Contact wanted to simplify the number of steps required to create an email for their email marketing customers. I worked with another designer, in addition to visual design, dev and product management to help make this happen.
College Cushion

Visuals and workflows produced for a small team working on a start-up concept called College Cushion. The idea being to create a "kiva-like" site for 429 plans where parents could set up an account that friends and family could donate to for a child's college.
