The idea was to have a highly symbolic logo and brand identity for a zebra-themed clothing store. Zebras flock in herds, their stripes making them unified; however, each zebra's striping patterns are unique.

I experimented with the idea of the herd's collective stripes acting as a sort of tartan for a Scottish clan; this idea was interesting but the design was way too busy for a logo, which is supposed to be able to be taken in all in one glance.
