CCTAR's mission is the creation and artistic production targeted towards public spaces defining pertinent relationships between artists and the community.
One of CCTAR's priorities is to give incentive to creativity, offering young artists the conditions to accomplish their creative projects, placing itself between the learning phase and the market.
In an attempt to boost the developed works, it promotes the national and international circulation of the projects and mobilizes itself actively in the search for new markets, as well as the consolidation of the existing ones.
