The Movement is a strategic narrative game where you lead a protest movement against a corrupt government. There are two parts to the game: a top-down scene where you are managing people and resources efficiently in order to increase the stats of your protest movement, and narrative/dialogue scenes where you actually interact with characters in the world.
Aside from some game design, I worked on the art for this game, which was this novel graffiti art style.
Title Screen wireframe.
Strategy screen wireframe.
Narrative screen wireframe.
This game took a lot of UX work, I made wireframes for every screen that would be in the game, and tested them for a couple of months before deciding what the final design should look like.
The final title screen. This project required a lot of Graphical and UI design, which are my specialties.
The strategy screen. This one definitely was the one with most changes.
We took pictures of our friends and photoshopped them with a street art style to turn them into our game's characters.
