A PROJECT I DID COMMISSIONED BY SUPERLARGE.ORG FOR W HOTEL AMSTERDAM AND REMIXXX.
For the launch of W Amsterdam’s Premiere event, we were responsible for the overall concept: Remixxx. Inspired by Amsterdam’s supremacy in electronic music and W’s passion to mix Fashion, Design and Music, the concept represented the creative melting pot of the energetic city of Amsterdam. The theme was carried through the hotel with guided tours to surprise room parties and led to dance floors on the roof top pool. The concept of Remixxx influenced everything from the invite, music selection, cocktails, food and all the performances.
Together with the event agency, we created an A-list VIP party featuring Doutzen Kroes, Boris Becker, Ruud Gullit and many more star studded guests. It also featured DJ Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, and artist Tinie Tempah brought the party large into the night.

The "W" is folding out symmetrically.
From here, the second animation follows. It then rotates into an "M" and an invisible diagonal line will cut the frame into two image fields.
