Kingdom Roots - Still Standing Music Video

For Macalester College's Funkathon event, we had to create a song in 24 hours, as well as making a music video that has element of dance in it. In the end, we made Still Standing, a song that is dedicated to Black History Month. The lyrics draw inspiration from the stories of struggle and resilience expressed through Macalester black student voices. We hope our music serves to remind others of the hope that persists and a new dawn that arises when we choose to stand in unity together.
