Chotronette is a wonderful brand from Iasi, Romania. What makes them unique is the personality of their founders and the dresses they design and sell. Namogo worked very closely with them taking on the difficult job of designing a website that needed to reflect that uniqueness in style, while keeping a straightforward approach to e-commerce design.
We rarely had the pleasure of working with a brand that knows itself as well as Chotronette does. That didn't make what we embarked on much easier, but it sure did great things for the final result.
We aimed for a clean design that is full of personality while offering a pleasant online buying experience for a very demanding market.
Our goal was to expand the brand's visual presentation in printed materials and leverage the obvious growth potential by designing and developing its online store.
We needed to keep intact the general layout and architecture of a online store, so we looked into designing thoroughly all the interface elements individually so that they come together to create a theme that focuses on the Chotronette personality.
We also designed the business cards and the packaging for Chotronette.
Since it's launch in February 2015, the website got more than 400,000 unique visitors.
