During 2005-2007 I worked as Senior Graphic Designer at the publishing group Lowveld Media as part of the Advertising In-house Design Studio. I created a myriad adverts ranging from smalls appearing in newspapers (such as Mpumalanga Mirror, Hazyview Herald & Lowvelder), large fulle page ads, as well as magazine adverts (such as for Lowveld GetIt).
The advertisements featured here represent a fraction of the amount of adverts I designed over those three years, but it provides a good overview of the types of designs I created. Working in the publishing industry was a wonderful opportunity to learn to work faster and more focused whilst still producing a good quality design product.
