Smart Mobility Design Thinking Workshop

Four day Design Thinking workshop with three multi-disciplinary student teams (art, design, engineering, business) to find solutions tackling traffic issues in Chinese mega cities.

Including Design Thinking methods of Personas and Customer Journey, system design, technical feasibility check, business model design, branding and vehicle design.

The 'robo-taxi' solution of independent self-driving vehicles solves all faced issues of pollution, congestion and parking (space) with one open-source service platform that invites all car brands to join with their autonomous vehicles.

By taking away personal ownership of cars but not using the typical approach of public transportation consumers still have a choice of their favourite car brand and different levels of luxury enabling them to express their personal taste and social status, which is crucial for Chinese consumers.
