This project was to take an art movement and make an interactive object to illustrate it. My chosen momvement was Italian Futurism, and I illustrated the Futurist Manifesto by Fillipo Marinetti by creating a puzzle cube which fits into a perfect black 9"x9" cube.

 

Each part was constructed from wooden planks and handmade to fit together in a very specific way. The almost aggravating nature of this piece is a perfect mimic of what the Futurists were feeling on the brink of World War II.
