I began this small personal project because I like the icelandic language, it sounds sympathic to me, I love to hear it. I've learned a few terms and sentences before our Iceland trip in 2015 and began to like the pronunciation and the wors themselves.
t's "weather that is best enjoyed indoors." The term refers to sunny but very cold or windy weather. My gluggaveður is stormier than in the original meaning, because this scene came up when I thought about window weather

Means lava(field) and it's the name of a very sweet and tasty puffed rice chocolate (which also looks like tiny lava fields)
