This painting features one of the most successful racing cars of all time, the Bugatti type 35, which won over 1,000 races in its time.
The painting is large at 2x1 metres and is painted in Oils onto a specially fabricated Aluminium panel.
The areas representing the wheels and other metal parts have been left in bare Aluminuim which has been etched to a matt finish to accurately represent the colour and patina of the real cars.
Areas representing the vehicle's brightwork have been polished, the background has been painted with the Bugatti emblem and the border of the emblem has been textured.
The artwork is signed, titled and dated by the artist on a specially made 'signature' plates.
