Office Exercise

These are the gif that I designed for HK01 for an article about exercising at the office. There are mainly 5 of them.
1. Paper Pushups
      It is good for strengthening arms and impressing your work crush.
      Do it with both hands on your desk, walk your feet back to 45-degree angle. Do a dozen pushups.
 
2. Get a (leg) Raise
    It is good for tightening up abs on a tight deadline. 
     While sitting, straighting your leg and hold for 10 seconds. Lower it almost to the floor, hold, and repeat on the other side.
3. Wall Sits
    It is good for toning your quads.
      Stand against a blank wall space, then squat down to a 90-degree angle. Slide back up and repeat.
4. Standing Calf Raises
    It is good for strengthening calf muscles. 
    Starting with feet together. Rise up to raise your calves. Hold for 10 seconds, release and repeat.
5. Book Press
    It is good for triceps.
     Grab a heavy book. Hold it behind your head, then extend your arms up. Drop it back down by your neck and repeat.
