My good and uber fit friend Harriet approached me to come up with a campaign for her fitness business "Sweat Shop". Aimed at ladies aged 18-45 the "SWEAT IT OUT" campaign capitalises on the positives of embarking on one of Harriet's classes after a big weekend, on a bad hair day or during that "special" time of the month.

Speaking from personal experience, there is nothing quite like an hours adrenalin pumped boot camp session with Harriet… or indeed the glass of wine you inevitably need after it.
