The User Experience Map has been a great tool for documenting the current user experience and how it may be improved. In a concise and clear format, the major discoveries and direction for a project are defined in a way that makes it easy for each member of the team to understand the work at hand.
The concept of a UX Experience Map originated with the great UX Design Team at Adaptive Path. This version evolved out of the efforts of my team members Matt Taylor, Jean Rawlings, and myself. Download the UX Map Anatomy PDF.
