El proyecto trata de rediseñar la gráfica y packaging de la bodega Hermanos Fernández S.C. transmitiendo valores renovados como naturalidad, diseño y selección de materiales de calidad.
Para ello se analiza la competencia directa e indirecta y crear dos gamas coherentes para distintos públicos. Uno joven más sutil “Castillo Laserna” y otro de crianza más sobrio “Elatus”.
Además se desarrolla packaging de varios formatos, inspirados en la tradición, cultura y gastronomía riojana.
The project aims to redesign the graphics and packaging of the winery Hermanos Fernández S.C. transmitting renewed as naturally, design and material selection of quality values. La gama inferior de la bodega irradia un carácter juvenil, alegre y muy limpio. Jugando con la submarca “Castillo Laserna” se ha representado un castillo de forma tipográfica. Disposición vertical acabada de forma redondeada, en simpatía con el símbolo. Los colores corresponden al color del vino en cada tipo de vino, en dos tonos de color que simulan la esquina del castillo, y refuerza la perspectiva.
Se utiliza un tapón de rosca de aluminio, mucho más práctico y rápido, además de actual, ya que muchos mercados internacionales exigen este tipo de cierre.
The lower range of the winery radiates a youthful, cheerful and very clean character. Playing with the sub “Laserna Castillo” has represented a castle on a letterpress. El envase de una botella tiene una estructura hexagonal compacta, para poder ser apilado y resistir con seguridad.
Pensando en economizar costos, el pack de 3 botellas surge del pack de una botella. Con un sistema de pestañas, se encaja uno con otro, teniendo así un pack sólido para 3 botellas. Se aprovecha los agujeros dejados por las pestañas para insertar un hilo de sisal que haga la función de asa. Con la estructura ya formada, rememorando los botelleros que se usan en muchos merenderos con ladrillos de obra (el origen de la idea), el usuario construye su propia bodega para guardar sus vinos.

Para la realización de la caja de 12 botellas se ha pensado en añadir otros usos más allá del propio envase, siendo el punto de partida el ágape final.
