Through thorough site investigation and decision making sites were identified for small buildings within the group masterplan. Site analysis and justification led to the creation of the masterplan and individual design projects. The promenade was missing many elements, holding back Mablethorpe from being the popular seaside town it used to be.
Smoothies in the Summmer and Soup in the Winter, this seasonal kiosk can also change according to weather conditions. The building uses natural light, heat and power, maintaining comfortable conditions. Strong and waterproof materials allow it to withstand the coastal conditions.
