I created this video to capture the emotion behind this purchase process and to educate on the true cost of healthcare.
Ipads would be used at OOH events to attract, interact and build consumer base with email subscription. Utilizing modern technology and identifiable images, we can help better communicate the value of health insurance to a young demographic.
With the younger portion of our target audience, 18-15, we understood that interaction and humor can go a long way. Also, they want to be educated and feel appreciated. Here are a few of our OOH elements. A large, anatomical body will be used to pose with, capture and image and display through Blue KC's social media channels, creating a relationship with the consumer.
There are so many reasons to focus our ad placement efforts in digital mediums, including online TV. Higher reach, targeted consumption and easier measurability are just a few. The older segment of our audience will be reached through testimonial, emotionally-targeted ads. 
Ads were created to exact specifications, ready to be placed.
I chose to utilize up-and-coming media outlets, with the projections to back up my decisions. All placements were secured with representative.
It's important to understand the industry and our client's consumers from the front lines. My experience in a brokerage firm helped me identify the right professionals and ask the right questions to get the answers we needed.
With this campaign, additions to the website are suggested including a page to display the user-generated testimonial videos from our older segment of 26-34. 
Pandora desktop and mobile ads were created, and will target and engage users differently based on demographics and consumption habits.
This six-month campaign will take place to build momentum leading up to the reform taking full effect in January 2013. Each budget amount was calculated specifically by research, CPM analysis and projections from representatives at each company.
