Like most of my projects, they begin as a class project. Each member in our class had to choose a non-profit organization or church. I chose Water Is Basic (WIB) who is a non-government organization benefiting those in Southern Sudan that do not have access to clean water. The newsletter was designed to engage those involved in the organization or those who contribute to the organization. Each picture was made to be a window peaking into the rich experiences that happen on a consistent basis in Sudan because of WIB. The publication was designed to be printed in-house, so it does not have full bleeds, and was designed to be sent through the mail. All photography was provided by Trey Hill Photography. This publication won a 2012 Northwest Arkansas Silver Addy for Student Brochures.
