I think both videos are examples of plagiarism because neither properly cite their sources for the videos/audio used, thus making it look as if everything is ‘original’ work, when in fact it is not. They did not take the videos themselves, they only cut them up and added different audio to them. Even though they aren’t submitting this to some sort of institution for a grade it is still plagiarism because they are using someone else’s original work without giving them proper credit for it. If I took all of these clips off of online magazine headers and didn’t give credit for them, it would mean I personally created each one of these images which I did not.
