I was honored to work with the Knowledge Management and Marketing Teams to activate the 2015 Prophet-in-a-Day initiative.
Prophet-in-a-Day is an event where all nine offices around the globe gather to help non-profits grow better; it is one component of the overall Prophet for Non-Profit (P4NP) program. Though this initiative, Prophet volunteers resources and time to provide strategic brand and marketing guidance for non-profit organizations and causes.
The team needed a cohesive visual system to excite, inform, and engage all participants on both the Prophet and non-profit sides. Large format poster, intranet promotions, and images for social media sharing were created. In order to capture the day most efficiently, I worked with a local videographer to create a plan, schedule, and guidelines for internal teams to consistently and easily collect content during the event, to the end goal of an internally sourced and produced promotion video. The video would be used to promote the P4NP and recruitment efforts.
