Render a graphic illustration from a photo of your subject. Only use 7 spot colors, Pantone. This project took at least 10hours to complete. I used different paint brushes that I created to give the feathers its look, as advised by classmates. I also used gradients for certain areas that had a flatter look but still had different hues and some texture. This was difficult to achieve but I think overall it came out very well. My gradients also only used my 7 spot colors. I did however run out of time and didnt get to do the birds feet.
