This is a student project done in an upper level design course: Signage and Exhibition. Jarvis is a science and math building at a University. The Jarvis hall is a transition area: a non-space. Through research, I developed a concept that uses flat supergraphics to transform the space in a way that gives it purpose and explains its meaning.
The inspiring concept behind this design is the scientific method. The idea of using steps to get from point A to point B reflects the transitional purpose of the Jarvis Hallway and the design style and concept fits the purpose of the building itself.
