YAKU
Con un servicio único en su clase, desarrollamos la marca Yaku, una plataforma que permite, desde una página web y una aplicación móvil, tener reparación de pantallas de dispositivos. El reto fue crear una marca recordable, distinguible, que pudiera evolucionar junto con la tecnología y sus necesidades, y lo más importante de todo, que creara confianza sin revelar de qué trata el servicio. Esto lo resolvimos con una propuesta conceptual y amigable que permitiera a la marca crecer en la dirección que sea necesaria en un futuro, manteniendo siempre una sutil relación con la tecnología. Creamos personalidad de marca, naming y tagline, logotipo y branding, tomando en cuenta tanto las necesidades de la marca como el perfil del mercado meta.
Providing a unique service of its kind, we developed the brand Yaku, a platform that provides mobile devices’ screens reparation services, all from a web page and an app. The challenge was to create a memorable and distinguishable brand that could evolve along with technology and it’s growing needs, and most important of all, that it could be trustworthy without revealing the nature of the service. We solved this with a friendly and conceptual approach that could allow the brand to grow in whichever direction in the future, and at the same time being relatable to technology. We created the brand’s personality, naming, tagline, logo and branding, taking into consideration the brand’s profile as well as the user’s needs.
