ECESIS: Ang Pow Design
An “ang pow” (red envelope / red packet) is a monetary gift given during Lunar New Year / Chinese New Year or other special occasions such as wedding or the birth of a baby. The red colour symbolises good luck and is supposed to ward off evil spirits.

Ecesis is a well-established fashion label in Malaysia.
Qi Pao is their best-selling line during Lunar New Year.

Qi Pao in Mandarin, is a traditional Chinese close-fitting

female garment, its main characteristics are
a mandarin collar, fitted waist, Chinese knotted buttons
and hemmed slits on two sides.

A gold stamping chinese wishes ‘如意’ (all the best) on the “ang pow”.
