a collection commenting on the textile industry's necessity to utilize the earth for good rather than exploiting it, destroying its undeniable beauty.  i am constantly inspired by flowers and wanted to figure out some way that i could put them on the body as clothing.  i day dream of flowers tattooed on the body which led me to develop the idea of transparency and applique.
