LEFT - MAIN TITLE DESIGN - LEARN SQUARED
This concept title is for a made up concept film called "Left" about "A group of astronauts who are abandoned in the International Space Station as the planet below wages war."
My concept was to focus on the core themes of the premise by creating one long shot that starts from darkness as we watch the sun appear over the earth from space. As the sun reveals the earth, the earth below begins to twist and turn under large storm systems running across its surface. Supporting the idea of a world enraged and in conflict. The earth below is loud and consumed with noise but as we continue the shot we pull further back through a dark and silent space station...simple but powerful. I had a blast making these and I cant wait to show you all the step by step process of how I did it.
