This project has been selected as one of the 14 winners of Michelin Challenge Design 2016. Michelin Challenge Design is the annual competition organised by Michelin North America to celebrate, promote, publicize and give visibility to original creative thinking and innovation in vehicle design. 2016 edition’s subject was “Mobility for All”. As a team we were asked to select 3rd world region we’d like to improve mobility in. Our choice was Middle Africa, where transportation is one of the greatest barriers due to the lack of paved roads. The most important goal in the project was to create an affordable vehicle capable of solving everyday problems of mobility in african countries.
