Trafficking in persons means the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, providing or receiving a person for the purpose of exploitation (Section 2 AAO). In which the operation includes the use of threat or use of other forms of pressure, kidnapping, fraud, dishonesty, abuse of power, position or cartilage, and give or receive payment. Trafficking is intended to  sexual exploitation, forced labor, forced treatment or services, slavery, practices similar to slavery, and organ transplants.
