I've imagined and try to figure out this fashion editorial inspired by fall 2011/2012 catwalk trend AMISH ...
The TITLE: "RUMSPRINGA" generally refers to a period of adolescence for some members of the Amish, that begins around the age of 16 and ends when a youth choose to remain or to leave the community. The vast majority choose baptism and remain in the church. Elders Amish people view it as a time for courtship and finding a spouse

First of all I choose a SET to locate my editorial: HOLMES COUNTY which is home to the world largest population of Amish residents. The atmosphere is perfect with wooden houses, gigs and farms everywhere.
Second the OUTFITS: simple and clean shape, coarse and strong fabrics, dark colors like the earth but also flowers like the fields around, suspenders for men and long skirt for girls...can't miss wide brim hats.
Third the LOOK: natural look for "good" boys and girls, messy but clear bun and quite short hairs for guys.
In conclusion I choose MODELS who better could play the role and two PHOTOGRAPHERS whom portfolios - for colors, mood and inspiration - resemble the perfect interpretation of this story
