Shutterstock Browser Tab
As part of the company's annual 24 hour hackathon, a team of two marketing managers, two developers, and one designer designed and built a new Chrome extension for beautiful and authentic Shutterstock imagery and one's local weather forecast to appear when a user opens a new tab in their Chrome browser. Over the next few months the team improved and perfected the extension's functionality in addition to working with a curator to gather almost 1000 of Shutterstock's best and most diverse photographs.
