Lend Lease wish to position themselves as a global leader in sustainable building development. Unfortunately, this is not always a priority for their clients. To this end, they commissioned this site to motivate their Project Managers to show leadership on the issue. By examining the impact of climate change, rising energy costs and carbon taxes on a building - over a ten year period -  Project Managers are better able to make the case to clients to prioritise sustainability as part of their vision.
