Art directed the global packaging redesign for Hawaiian Tropic® Sun Care. Worked with an outside design firm, Phillips Design Group, out of Boston MA. The goal was to attract sun and beauty seekers who wanted to get tan and spend time outdoors and on the beach, yet still stay protected from the harmful UVA/UVB rays of the sun.
The redesign was focused on creating a spa look and feel, with high quality, effective ingredients that pampered and indulged your skin while giving you a healthy glow.
The final packaging design was rolled out across the entire Hawaiian Tropic® product line which included over 200 product sku’s across North America, Latin America and Europe.

Banana Boat® Sun Care

Art directed the design, production, collateral, print media and advertising for the entire Banana Boat® sun care division globally for 12 years. Designed and re-designed logos, new sku’s, structures and color schemes. Worked in alliance with colorant houses, the in-house Package Development and Production teams to stay current with the newest technologies by using innovative resins, inks and print forms. Stayed focused on cost analysis with team members from all departments. Paid close attention to detail and kept a consistent look throughout the entire packaging and display and merchandising categories, globally.
