User-centered Design - Final Process Booklet
This is the final process book for a group redesign project for the COMM 4511 (User-centered design) course at the Ohio State University. The group decided on a local business, a vintage toy store in this case, whose web experience we felt needed improvement. While we all had separate primary roles, we collaborated on the following components:

-Background research
-Card sorting activity
-Survey
-Site architecture
-Wireframes
-Visual design of all assets
-Usability testing

See this project for larger result of final product

This project provided best practices for learning how to best suit the needs of both the business and its potential audience and an opportunity to reflect on what further improvements can be made for the best user experience.
