Original drawing was done with ink on paper, and then digitally colored in Photoshop. The subject matter was inspired by the classic look of Brooklyn streets - brownstones, water towers, bodegas, and so on. I used a classic Bolex 16mm camera to represent the film aspect of design. Also, this particular film camera model has a personal meaning to me, as it takes me back to the university days when I was studying cinematography, and really enjoying the filming part.
