DECA is a student-led organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. The theme for the 2016 International Career Development Conference is "Be Epic."
Each state is represented at the conference with an enamel trading pin that DECA members can collect. I designed two pin concepts below to represent the state of Ohio.

The theme for the 2016 National Leadership Conference is "This is Our Time."
