Subsequent to the branding work, we were then commissioned to design, build and create content for its website: coxmarine.com
The Cox logo has been designed to embody the core values and philosophy of the Cox team and product vision. It is a mark that exudes confidence with a powerful and robust appearance. There is an underlying reference to forward motion and progress, which starts from the change in scale of the symbol components on the left and continues with the arrow devices that can be seen in the X.
Our research via interaction with the company, its suppliers, potential clients and industry experts showed that the company was able to position itself as a class-leading engine technology manufacturer that brings new levels of performance, weight and reliability to the market. It needed a brand that backed this up without question across the whole service experience.  
In the visual concepts above, we sought to show the confidence a Cox engine provides – unquestionably, every time. This essence is reflected in the imagery that is used across communications. The core values of innovation, expertise, tenacity and integrity should always be demonstrated in the photography. 
We created and developed a fully responsive website that focuses on the marine engine market specifically, which meets
Phase 1 of the new brand requirements and vision. Further iterations will be aimed at alternative markets, such as land and air.
