BBG stands for Bikini Body Guide, a workout program created by Australian fitness expert, Kayla Itsines. I, along with almost 200 other women, attended this event in Zilker Metropolitan Park in Austin, Texas.
Never one to turn down an opportunity to capture candid moments, my sister and I spontaneously teamed up to film and edit a short video for all the girls to look back on. Although it was a somewhat challenging task to balance while working out, we believe this cheeky video captured the event perfectly. Enjoy!
