Visit Tampa Bay is the official destination marketing organization for Hillsborough County, Florida. Every year, Visit Tampa Bay launches a tourism campaign centered around a theme. The campaigns aim to create vibrant economic development for the community by collaboratively increasing visitation to Tampa Bay.
This case study revolves around a theme called "Treasure Awaits", alluding to both Tampa's history and rewarding locale. Temporary logos and colors, as shown below, can be used in the duration of the tourism campaign. The new campaign assets looked to reinvent the vibrant, yet friendly emotion of the organization through handwritten type and softer colors.
