April has to be one of the best months. Each year all of the major advertisers and press flock to New York to check out the new shows being pitched by the networks.
There's always a last minute change. The time leading up to the event is the most fun for me. When the energy becomes palpable in the room then I know we're on the right track.
Five minutes to go and guests are about to show up! The table clothes were hand sewn to fit the tables perfectly.
Really? Who wants to bring a guest?

If you look closely, we're hot gluing flower petals onto the OWN logo. This will be our photo backdrop.
We're ready. Here we go!
Personalized welcome cards for every guest with their table numbers.
Tip: We had a calligrapher on stand-by in case we needed to needed to add or change anything. It helped when a surprise guest was invited and we needed a place setting.

As the sun set against Central Park the 6 foot LED lit crystal centerpieces created a magical setting at each table.
At the start of the event, we had everyone take a picture with our Host. During dinner service, we processed each photo, framed it in a silver frame and placed it in a silk wrapped gift box with a floral OWN logo.
Everyone received a personalized gift as they left for the night.
