St. Vincent de Paul’s Mobile Kitchen
Since 1991, family law attorney Todd Worthley has practiced privately in Portland, Oregon. Outside of his work as an attorney, Todd Worthley gives back to the community through his support of several charitable organizations, including the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

In addition to recovering extra food from cafeterias and restaurants and redistributing it to local feeding programs and pantries, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s Portland Council operates a Mobile Kitchen program, which delivers hot meals throughout Portland via a repurposed 79-passenger school bus. The bus is equipped with a full kitchen that includes tables and benches where 15 to 18 people can enjoy a meal in a warm or cool environment.

At St. Vincent’s Mobile Kitchen, individuals and families in need can receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner free of charge whenever the bus makes one of its scheduled stops. In addition to serving hot meals, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul uses its Mobile Kitchen to deliver supplemental food packages to youth 3 to 18 years of age.
