The Brief
To design and create a book to embody a story of our choice. I decided upon a personal story in which I choked on a 2 pence coin.

The Solution
To represent this story, the book is the right dimensions to fit into a windpipe (26mm) and crafted out of thin copper sheets. The grid for the text rolls around in circles on the pages, representative of the text on the outside of a coin. The overall display of the book is presented in a replica of a commemorative coin keepsake box, and comes with tweezers and magnifying glasses in order to aid the reading of the tiny book ‘Hazard’ whilst reflecting medical equipment used to remove the coin.
