This design started when my husband made fun of me when I broke out with a pimple on the tip of my nose. He said something similar to what I wrote on the cover of this card and it gave me an idea! I made a circle die cut on the front so that the shiny "red nose" could come through the front. The card ended up winning a silver Communicator award and my pimple cleared up.
