Imagery/ typographical project based on finding beauty in old or overlooked buildings in my hometown of Stoke- on-Trent. The play on the word glazed represents something that is overlooked and also ties into stokes ceramic heritage which has now been overlooked aswell.
The colour’s used in the imagery are inspired by Stoke’s ceramic past and its artists but is use in a modern way to create interest into today's society.
This project’s aim was to promote and encourage the restoration of some of Stoke’s old buildings (which were once of great importance and are now forgotten) and to spark interest in the city’s heritage by use of colour.
