OSRAM LIO 2015-Mauer Spiel

This is a submission for OSRAM's LIO Award of 2015! My concept recieved recognition in OSRAM's catalouge as well as running up as a Very Innovative Idea!
This is an interactive wall to help children in hospitals heal faster, the colorful LEDs and the fact that these children are getting out of their rooms and interacting with other children hopefully will accomplish that. Not only will this wall help them heal, but it also makes them more comfortable while they are in the hospital because this way they can make friends and laugh with each other. On this interactive wall, patients can select different games through a simple interface to play with another player!
The randomize option is for games where both of the players have to race to fill up the wall with color and who ever is the first to do so, wins! On the interface, the way to get the colors to show up where they want them, are sensors that are attached to the LED tiles, so you can go up and tap the wall, to make it light up. There are also sensors to catch their movement so if they were to gesture towards an area that was higher than they could reach, the tile of their choice will light up!
Osram’s LINEARlight Colormix Overall Modules can be assembled into squares and then can be imbedded into a grid pattern on a wall, this grid pattern can randomize the colors of the LED tiles, there is also the option to select the color that LED tile will be while playing matching games. While playing the matching game, player one walks up to the wall, selects the match option on the interface, and creates a colorful image that player two has to copy onto their side of the wall. This will not only help children learn, but it will also make it fun!
