Beginning broadly, we initially held interviews mapping how people move about in the city in their day-to-day lives. Starting to focus on own time we found out that people tend to roam the inner city waiting between work, gym etc. Using these insights we designed The Telia Experience, a service concept that utilises an immersive and calm environment to establish Telia as a company that enables experiences. The project was well received by Telia representatives and tutors, congratulating the strong process.
