Movie Title Remix
For this re-interpretation of the title sequence for the movie »Dead Poets Society« I chose to use footage from the movie itself showing a scene that is strong in a formal-aesthetic way on the one hand. On the other hand it is very suitable with regards to content as it is an important scene in the movie.
The mystic atmosphere arouses interest but doesn´t reveal too much in advance.
For the typographic animation I tried to find a way to »embed« the type in the footage.
