Alterego - The Receptive Travel Guide

Dzu La is a tour guide in the beautiful country of Bhutan. While having a unique identity, he exhibhits some of the trademark qualities of this buddhist country- stability, detachment and calmness.
But we change. Due to the people we meet. So does Dzu. Everymoth he meets tourists from different countries and drives them around. Taking them all over the country. Over time, he subconsicously. Picks up elements from them. Thus the form of his identity is always evolving while still maintaining his uniqueness.

Presented in terms of equations here, through symbol generation, we experiment with the forms to understand how the different elements of the diverse cultures he interacts with, add to his personality. Different lines and shapes generate different kinds of feelings. Here, they are used to create unique symbols to visually captures and communicate some of the characteristic/inherent attributes displayed by many people from the various countries.
